MOMward Program Participation Agreement

1. Introduction
The following terms and conditions apply to the $97 monthly subscription payment plan (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription Plan") for MOMward Real Estate Mastery program and community (hereinafter referred to as "MOMward"). By enrolling in MOMward and subscribing to the Subscription Plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Subscription Plan Details
The Subscription Plan is a recurring monthly payment plan for access to MOMward. The monthly fee for the Subscription Plan is $97 and will remain the same unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. The Subscription Plan will automatically renew each month until canceled by you.

3. MOMward Content and Curriculum
MOMward is designed to provide educational and instructional content in the field of real estate for real estate agents. The content that MOMward presents may be updated from time to time at the discretion of the course instructor. The course instructor reserves the right to make changes to MOMward content and instruction, including but not limited to the addition or removal of modules, lessons, resources, or other MOMward materials.

4. Access to MOMward and Sub-Groups
Upon successful enrollment in the Subscription Plan, you will be granted access to MOMward through a secure online portal. You will also be granted access to the private Facebook mastermind group called MOMward Real Estate Mastery. Your access to MOMward content and the affiliated Facebook group will be valid for the duration of your Subscription Plan.

4.1 Formation of External Groups
To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of the MOMward community, forming or facilitating any external sub-groups or communities related to MOMward outside of the official program or Facebook group is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to creating WhatsApp groups, private chats, or any other gatherings aimed at discussing or replicating MOMward content or objectives without prior written consent.

5. Non-Competition Clause
By participating in MOMward, you agree that if you coach or train real estate agents in any capacity, you will not solicit or recruit members of this group to join your coaching or training programs. Any attempt to divert members from MOMward to your own coaching or training services is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of your access to MOMward without a refund.

6. Content Usage Restrictions
All materials provided within MOMward, including but not limited to videos, resources, templates, and lessons, are the intellectual property of MOMward and are intended for your personal use only. Sharing, downloading, distributing, or repurposing any content outside of MOMward is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you may not use the knowledge or resources gained through MOMward to create or share training, coaching, or materials with individuals outside the program. Any violations of these terms will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund and potential legal action to protect the intellectual property of MOMward.

7. Payments
Payments for the Subscription Plan will be processed on a recurring monthly basis on the same day each month. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to promptly update any changes to your payment information. If a payment is not processed successfully, your access to MOMward Real Estate Mastery may be suspended until the payment can be successfully processed.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Subscription Plan at any time through your secure portal or by emailing admin@taleyhunthomegroup.com. Upon cancellation, your access to MOMward will be terminated, and no further monthly payments will be processed. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the Subscription Plan.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
MOMward Real Estate Mastery and its content, including but not limited to any text, images, videos, or other materials, are the intellectual property of the course instructor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any MOMward content in any manner that would infringe the intellectual property rights of the course instructor.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
MOMward Real Estate Mastery and its content are provided "as is," and the course instructor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of MOMward or the information, content, materials, or products included in MOMward. The course instructor does not warrant that MOMward will meet your specific requirements or that the operation of MOMward will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the course instructor be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with the use of MOMward or the inability to use MOMward, or for any information, or transactions provided through MOMward, or downloaded from MOMward, or any delay of such information or service, even if the course instructor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the course instructor is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide subscribers with notice of any changes and the effective date of the changes.

14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By subscribing to our online coaching, subscribers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

After joining MOMward, you will receive a confirmation email that will give you [log-in] access to your member dashboard. Here, you will find a welcome video and any recorded coaching sessions done prior to your purchase. 

Each week, we will have a LIVE ZOOM session. This session will be recorded and a copy of that recording will be added to your member dashboard for review or re-review. 

After joining, you will get an email (within 24-72 hours) with access to the private Facebook community. This group can be used for uplifting others in this community, asking for advice from other real estate moms, searching for agents to send referrals to, and learning more directly from me throughout the week.
