Ticket Terms and Conditions
Effective March 2026
Please read these Ticket Terms & Conditions carefully. Your purchase of a ticket to MOMward Live (the “Event”) scheduled for October 2–3 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and your attendance at the Event are conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase a ticket.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms include a mandatory arbitration provision, a waiver of the right to participate in a class action, and a waiver of the right to a jury trial. Please review the Dispute Resolution section carefully.
These Ticket Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between THCoaching LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Company”), and the ticket purchaser and attendee (“Attendee”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Event Description & Venue
MOMward Live is a multi-day, in-person business and professional development event scheduled for October 2–3 at the Omni Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. Company reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speaker lineup, session topics, room assignments, or venue within the same metropolitan area as reasonably necessary.
2. Ticket Tiers
Tickets are sold in tiered categories, including Elite, VIP, and General Admission. Each tier includes specific access, amenities, and benefits as described at the time of purchase. Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and enforce tier-specific access restrictions. Access to tier- specific sessions, receptions, or experiences may require proper credentials or identification.
3. Ticket Purchase & Final Sale
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or failure to attend. Tickets may not be resold, reassigned, or transferred without the prior written consent of Company.
4. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure
If Company cancels the Event in its entirety, Company will issue a refund of the ticket purchase price. Company shall not be responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred by Attendee. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, venue issues, or public health concerns, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts.
5. Assumption of Risk
Attendee understands that participation in an in-person event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related risks, exposure to illness, physical injury, and risks associated with large gatherings. By attending the Event, Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
6. Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may be served during designated Event functions for eligible ticket tiers. Attendee agrees to consume alcohol responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and venue policies. Company reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or remove any Attendee exhibiting unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. Attendee assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption, including personal injury or property damage.
7. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attendee releases and holds harmless Company, its owners, employees, contractors, speakers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or relating to attendance at the Event. This includes, without limitation, claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, economic loss, or damages related to alcohol consumption.
8. Code of Conduct
Attendee agrees to behave in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication-related misconduct, disruption of programming, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund. Company reserves the right to deny entry or remove any Attendee at its sole discretion.
9. Media Release
The Event may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise documented. By attending, Attendee grants Company the irrevocable right to use Attendee’s name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in promotional materials, recordings, and marketing content without compensation. If Attendee does not wish to appear in promotional materials, written notice must be provided prior to the Event.
10. Intellectual Property
All Event presentations, recordings, materials, slides, and proprietary content are the exclusive property of Company. Recording sessions, live-streaming, reproducing materials, or distributing Event content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by Attendee for the Event ticket. Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including travel expenses, lodging costs, lost profits, or business interruption.
12. Indemnification
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Attendee’s conduct at the Event
- Attendee’s violation of these Terms
- Damage to venue property caused by Attendee
- Alcohol-related incidents involving Attendee
13. Dispute Resolution
13a. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
13b. Mediation. The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation prior to arbitration.
13c. Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in South Carolina. The parties waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement purposes.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
