MOMward Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The MOMward Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows individuals (“Affiliates”) to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying members to the MOMward Membership. By joining and participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to anyone 18 years or older.

  • No purchase or MOMward membership is required to participate.

  • THCoaching LLC. reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any affiliate at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn $10 USD per month for each active member who joins MOMward using their unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions continue for as long as the referred member remains active and in good standing. 

  • If a member pauses or cancels their membership, payments to the affiliate stops for that member.
  • If a member's payment is late, the affiliate may not get paid until the member makes their payment. 

  • There is no cap on the number of referrals or total earnings.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid on the 1st of each month via PayPal, based on active referred members from the previous month.

  • Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date PayPal information.

  • THCoaching, LLC. is not responsible for missed or delayed payments due to incorrect or incomplete payout details.

  • Affiliates are eligible to be paid 30 days after a member's payment is successfully made. The 30 day mark does not override the automatic payday of the 1st of every month. Payments will not be made until it has become eligible for payout.

  • There is no minimum payout threshold.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If a referred member cancels or requests a refund, commission payments for that member will immediately stop.

  • If a refund occurs within 30 days of joining, any commissions already paid may be deducted from future payouts.

6. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote MOMward authentically and accurately.

  • Avoid false claims, spam, misleading promotions, or paid ads using the MOMward brand name without written permission.

  • Not present themselves as employees or representatives of THCoaching, LLC.

THCoaching, LLC. may terminate affiliate access and withhold commissions for any violation of these guidelines or at its sole discretion.

7. Program Management & Termination

  • THCoaching, LLC. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

  • THCoaching, LLC. also reserves the right to discontinue payments or remove affiliates from the Program for any reason.

  • Upon removal, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid or future commissions.

8. Taxes & Reporting

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through the Program. THCoaching, LLC. may request tax documentation (such as a W-9 for U.S. residents) before processing payouts.

9. Limitation of Liability

THCoaching, LLC. and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of income or business opportunity.

10. Agreement

By participating in the MOMward Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

11. Legal Responsibility

Affiliates participate in the MOMward Affiliate Program at their own risk. THCoaching, LLC., its owners, and representatives are not responsible or liable for any actions, claims, damages, or disputes that may arise between affiliates and the individuals they refer.

If a referred member, client, or third party initiates a complaint or legal action against an affiliate, the affiliate agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless THCoaching, LLC. from any and all resulting claims, expenses, damages, or legal fees.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining and participating in the MOMward Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including any future updates or modifications.

THCoaching, LLC. reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
